First time visiting this location, which left us with a fantastic lasting impression. This store was stocked very well and very clean.nThe 3 employees here were great. Very helpful, friendly, and also seemed very knowledgeable about any question you threw at them. They wanted to make sure there was nothing more we needed before walking away to work on something else. Upon checking out, there was a bit of a problem with their system freezing and then with my method of payment not working. Patients were held and they worked threw it with big smiles from beginning to end. This store is a bit of a drive for us, but I would gladly pass others just to come back. I'm terrible with names, so thanks again Jacob & team. Keep up the good work!

Always enjoy going here. Customer service is perfect. Also like that they have a rewards program. I have received over 40 dollars in rewards.

Great Covid protocols, barriers at the register and hand sanitizer at the entrance, staff wears gloves when touching trades, masks being worn. Incredibly kind staff with incredible game knowledge. The best GameStop in Columbus. :)

Poor customer service. When I called asking about the new XBOX One X series preorder, the associate Jake I spoke with was not only not helpful, but seemed to be very condescending. I just wanted to figure out how the preorders worked with the new consoles being released, and with me probably being one of the hundreds of people who call that store, the associate seemed to not have any care or respect for customers. I get you may hate your low paying job but don’t be rude to the customers.

This is the worst gamestop store in columbus.nThe manager, Jake, is cocky and rude along with the rest of the staff who seem more apparent to express their hate for being at work than helping the customer. I drove a long way to pick something up that I was promised over the phone but denied in person.nnAttitudes and sales practices like this is why your company is in trouble and on the verge of bankruptcy. I spent my money elsewhere and am all the better and happier for it.
