My experience upgrading my phone from the first time with T-Mobile after having out account switched from Verizon was a success! However there was another customer situation that I could tell was difficult, and I just want to credit the two associates that were doing their best with the situation today.

I had fantastic service! I'm a customer on sprint but with the building being damaged I decided to get my charger across the street at t-mobile. Do not regret it! Great smiles and service. I don't live near Columbus but it was nice to hear from the rep who helped me i can't quite remember his name (Charles I think?) But regardless great experience highly recommend!

I always have a great experience here. The guys are so accurate about the products. They make sure that I understand what I am buying and it in the best for my general purpose. I highly recommend this location to all. If they do not have a product they will make sure that you get what you new by mail also.
