Panera Bread

I usually do no go to Panera because I think they are over priced but I decided to today and got a Caesar salad. Half the salad was brown. Won’t be returning.

By far the worst Panera in all of Columbus. I've complained multiple times and filed reports before with food that wasn't fresh, had hair in it, and was downright nasty. Management is rude, refuses to acknowledge your presence if you're waiting, and never apologizes no matter how long you have to wait. Don't even think about wasting your time here.

We are an apartment complex and do monthly brunch for our residents. The last couple times, we have had this location deliver the brunch to us. The food has been great and individually wrapped. The delivery has been on time. We really appreciate how good of a job they do!

Good coffee -comfy place to have one sit back and read. Yes I have mypanera

Got a delivery order today and the bag of food and food items reek of cigarette smoke. Absolutely disgusting and when I called to ask about the situation was hung up on.
