My friend surprised me with a dozen engagement ring cake pops and the presentation was absolutely adorable !!! The cake pops themselves were absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend Carla's cake pops !
Ordered 600 super hero cake pops for a work event. 581 was delivered. When I called Carla back to let her know about the mistake - she was very pleasant and admitted to the mistake. I informed her that we needed the additional cake pops today or tomorrow as they were being delivered to other offices by us for an event. I told her they did not need to be the fancy custom superhero pops but a little drizzle decoration would be fine, still keeping to our theme.nnThe additional cake pops were dropped off and they were plain white ones. I immediately called her back and let her know that, that was not what we discussed on the phone nor what we had ordered and paid for.nnShe then went on to say that this was a large order and she's gone above and beyond to make me happy. At no point did we realize she was going above and beyond to fill this order. Had we known that an order of this size was too much for her to undertake, we would have used someone else.nnSo not only did we not receive the cake pops we paid for, her attitude and inability to own up to her mistake left little to be desired.nnI would not order from her again nor will I ever recommend this company to any businesses we associate with.nnAlso the 5 star review below is from CARLA herself... not an actual customer.
A friend told me about Carla's Cake Pops and I ordered some cake pops for my son's birthday. All I can say is WOW! I've had cake pops before but these were moist and the display that she created for my kid was awesome.
