Short North Piece of Cake

Short North Piece of Cake did an AMAZING job on my son's 1st Birthday cake. Not only did it look amazing it tasted delicious. Short North Piece of Cake's team is great to work with and so easy and accommodating. I'm also a local venue owner and they do a fabulous job for any occasion. Highly recommend!

I ordered the chocolate truffle 6” cake for my friend’s birthday, which is on St. Patrick’s Day. I asked if they could decorate with green/shamrocks, and I couldn’t be more pleased! The cake was rich and delicious, and the 6” easily feeds 10-12 people.

My favorite bakery in columbus! Have gotten everything from our wedding cake, to birthday cakes, small baked goods and even dog treats here! Staff and owner are incredibly helpful and friendly. They even sometimes have cakes and other fresh baked goods in the case for last minute occasions. I would highly recommend short north piece of cake for any occasion!

Over the years, I have ordered all of my friends birthday cakes from this bakery and I have never been disappointed. I've had at least 10 orders for different designs, cupcakes, big & small cakes and everything I have gotten including the cookies and cheesecakes I get while picking up my orders are always on point. I usually order vanilla bean cake with a strawberry fruit filling. I'm writing this review because I recently got a slice of cake from another local bakery and Short North PoC just has the bar set way too high for me now because it just didn't get the job done. :)
