Waterbeds 'n' Stuff

Rude and do not care about their customers. I've been going to this place since about 2001. I've had a few problems but nothing to make me not want to shop here. Well that all ended. My son and I went to purchase a pipe to be used with my medical marijuana as I hold a state medical marijuana card. A man who we didn't know walked in the door, then about 10 seconds later we walked in. We looked around before going to the adult section. The stranger that walked in before us was in this section talking to the employee. We went over to the case and started to check out the merchandise. All of a sudden the stranger said, hey let me check out that bong. The employee said he couldn't sell him anything since he used a term that somehow implies drug use. Anyways we were also told we couldn't buy anything and that we needed to leave the adult section. Both my son and I said we don't know that guy and the guy also said he didn't know us. The stranger even offered to show the employee that we had different cars but he didn't care. We drove up from Logan to the Lancaster store. My trip counter showed 43.4 miles round trip, my 2016 Ford F350 gets about 8 mpg. It showed $15.07 in fuel usage at $2.78 a gallon. So I paid 15 bucks, plus time, plus wear on the truck to be told I couldn't buy anything. The thing is, I'm a medical marijuana card holder, I showed the employee this as well. So I was unable to take any of my medication until the next day when strawberry fields opened. I went here in an emergency but was treated like a criminal who uses recreational marijuana. If your a medical marijuana card holder then avoid this place at all costs. When even a stranger can get to denied service its time to find a new place. At one time this used to be the only place to find certain items but that's not the case anymore. This store is old and out-dated and needs to be lost to the pages of history. I will no longer recommend this place, in fact I'll be referring people to other locations and tell them to avoid this place at all costs.nIf the store ends up making it right I will update this review but so far both emails have gotten zero replies from the company.

Be careful they sell vape products that are a year old. Did not realize til after we left the store. Will find another vape shop.

So since when is being 18 a ‘minor’? No ‘minor’ ever once tried to buy anything, it was an adult but they still refused. Lancaster waterbeds is just 0/5 anywhere else you wouldn’t have this problem. Lancaster in general is just a shallow town. Still don’t recommend lol.

Had issue with manufactuer defect on some glass and needed replaced.nnManager was very professional and would recommend to anyone.
