Worst customer service ever

Went in and added a new phone to my plan with a old phone hook me right up thanks metro pcs

Tried to call to find out why my bill is showing up on my app. But when I try to pay it.it shows nothing. And I can't pay it. I finally get someone. And they hung up on me.

I would not give any stars, worst service ever and waste of time. They will give you the biggest run around when you are having cellular issues. Stear clear and hit other metro pcs located river valley Mall.

Do not go in this store you will be sorry. Thats all.
