I haven't to call the pharmacy to ask a question bout return bc no one would answer the dam phone this Walmart in OWENSBORO Kentucky suck
Takes over an hour just to pick up medicine through the drive !!!!
I went to the Wal-Mart Pharmacy on Hwy 54 to have a Perscription filled after spending 3 hours in the emergency room. I was told that it would take approximately 45 minutes to fill the prescription. I returned after 45 minutes to be told they was out of stock on that medication. The prescription was for pain medication. I called the ER to see if they could prescribe something that was in stock. They asked to talk to the pharmacist and she refused to call the Dr. The pharmacist said she could partial fill the script. All she gave me was 11 pills. At a dose prescribed as 1 tablet every 4 hours that still isn't enough to last the long Holiday weekend. I feel the pharmacist did not care and if she lost the importance of her profession she needs to find a different job! I will NEVER use Wal-Mart pharmacy I will not contribute to her paycheck again!
