Went with my mother for us both to upgrade our phones. Neither of us had been to this store before. Had a wonderfully positive experience thanks to Zach and Rob. They were both so kind, helpful, and straightforward with us. My mom, who traditional dreaded going to Tmobile stores, says she won’t go to any others except this one now.

Never open when they say they are. Doors locked during business hours and storefronts empty. Multiple times I've tried to stop in and no luck.

Spent over two hours at the store to find out that we didn’t qualify for the promotion even when we clearly stated the type of phone we were trading in. We were going to switch service providers and had the whole family invested because it required switching everyone’s phones. They couldn’t see us on Sunday at 3:30 so made appointment on Monday and told them what’s is was for and asked all questions and they still wasted our Monday.

The folks at this store are so helpful. We worked with the two Ambers and over the course of the weekend they helped us figure out the best plans for our family and were so awesome about helping us find the best value for our money. We are thrilled with our phones and the customer service was beyond amazing.

We came in as new customers unsure of what we wanted for our family. Jonathan took the time to go over all of the deals on each phone so we could decide what was best. After all of the questions and going back and forth on what we wanted Jonathan was extremely friendly and got us into a great plan with some pretty awesome phones. I highly recommend this location and especially Jonathan for any of your wireless needs!! Thanks again!
