Enlighten Spa

Completely unorganized. Paid for a high end package for my friend's birthday, paid in cash for the voucher, and they have now failed twice to make good on the package. They didn't even know what all the voucher included or was good for the first time. They apologized for that, and then rescheduled her appointment a month out. THEN they failed to be prepared for that, and tried to get her to drive downtown to some other location to redeem it-- the day of the rescheduled appointment!nnHad really high hopes for this place and wanted to treat my friend to something. Nothing but a let down.
