Sal was a awesome salesman. Very informative. Purchased a bedroom set and end tables. Bedroom set was delivered in a timely manner. The delivery guys were extremely professional. Every piece was in mint condition. The best service I have ever had with furniture delivery.

So disappointed thus far in service from Kings. I placed an order 1/21/21 and was advised it would arrive by 2/23/21. Nearly two months later and still not here. The salesman assures me each time I call he'll keep me in the loop, but, I've yet to have him reach out to me--all calls are initiated by me. Frustrating.nnUpdate-while I appreciate Kings Furniture’s response to my review, it is now two weeks later and still no sectional. In the meantime, my elderly mother sits on a hard chair, which she has done since we were told the sectional would arrive by February 23rd. We tried to cancel the order as two other companies have the exact item in stock at a lesser price, but, were informed we cannot cancel orders.nnUPDATED REVIEW: We’re very happy to update our review of King’s Furniture in Hamilton, after they addressed our frustrations and disappointment and made things “right”. We received our furniture in excellent condition and the deliverers were professional and paid great attention to detail. After an initial poor experience, we now can give Kings a much better review.

Roy the salesman is a pleasure to work with. He listens and help you pick out the correct furniture that you are looking for. I originally came in just for a recliner but I ended up buying a furniture set. The delivery team is amazing . Such professionals . This is the only furniture store I will shop at. The manager Sal was awesome to work with. We got a great quality table for a fair price. The delivery and set up was timely and efficient. Everyone was very polite and easy to work with. We will definitely be shopping there again.
