Best leather shop in the Mid-West, great work, fare price & accommodating.
Good place to have leather restoration done.
Terrible customer service after sending the wrong product. When we called twice to explain the wrong item was ordered, the nasty old lady said put some oil on it to make it the right color. She was rude and nasty and the product isnt near as nice as it used to be. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$
The customer service was horrific. Short, rude, unhelpful and unprofessional.
I’ve trusted Schaaf with collars for our Australian Shepherds. Best collars made. Customer for life!
