I had purchased a nice used Dell M6300 laptop workstation at a fair price, and it's been since 2013-2014 and I have never had to call with a complaint, or return it for service. I will be contacting them soon as I can to take it in for a check up and maybe a good cleaning on the inside. Thanks guys for selling me a quality computer and glad to see you are still in business. Ordered a computer via online and felt like got the run around. It wasn’t shipped like they said it did, hard to contact seller, called multiple times to the same response “well call you back” and it NEVER happened. Had to get my bank fraud department involved, working on getting a full refund and to leave this same review to as many places as possible, this situations are so frustrating and honestly NO ONE should ever have to go trough it. To be a brand new business it’s a horrible way to get started, in any business; honesty is key, without that there’s nothing.
