I came in this Verizon store for my first time on This Tuesday and I was very happy with the customer service I had received with getting an upgraded phone. I was so happy with the service that I had received from the staff from Ms.Leela Welwolie that I had returned that following Thursday to perches an Apple Watch! Leela did a spectacular job. Very knowledgeable about the promotions I qualified for and broke everything down for me step by step. Pays attention to details and was able to answer all of my questions. Had a great experience with her a couple days and today was no different. I told myself I would never do business with this store again due to past experience but she has definitely changed the dynamics at this location. Will be back to do future purchases with her!
