The heater motor blower part I bought is supposed to be new and in new condition. But it turned out to be rigged.nnFirst, the UPS driver would not place the order outside my apartment no matter how hard I tries, so I had to go to the UPS center to pick it up myself. What’s the point of ordering the part online if I am going to pick it up myself?!nnThe blower motor that I ordered was defected. It makes a high pitch sound when I turn the AC on. Not to mention how the O’riley website said that it totally matched my car and it, of course, doesn’t. I had to cut the wires and use the old fuse to plug it into my car. And now I can’t return it to the store.nnWILL NEVER EVEN CONSIDER BUYING ANY PART FROM O’riley AGAIN. $130 plus just went to waste.

The Employee's here are very helpful. They came out to my car to check what kind of brakes I needed. They gave me the best deal possible. The prices are very fair and better than Autozone from my comparison. & They also do free diagnostics checks on your vehicle.

Employees were all assisting customers, no one was just standing around. Place was clean and the prices are good.

The associate who helped me went way above and beyond expectations. Very much appreciated.
