This is an amazing place.I was looking for a nice phone on a budget, They had just got rid of the last one they had that day but The representative I talk to got one delivered to the store the same day with no hassle.

If I could give them zero stars . Lol that would be my first thing. However the lack of communication and information on a delivery that has taken over 2 hours longer and I have been here at my house since 12 and it is 4pm and have called them twice today for an update on where they are. And Samantha did not want to answer the phone to give me any such info. This is unprofessional but I guess it’s expected when I went to a place in Hilton. Yes I’m that person right now. Professionalism is a lost art and I guess they assume people have nothing better to do then wait at home with no clue as to when they may show up. Ridiculous.
