Dunkin'

Besides the long lines in the drive thru and besides the fact they once again only had one employee working in the store and of course it was perk am crunch time. ( 23 minutes in line) This does seem to be a trend this Dunkin'. They do have a pleasant, wonderful elderly woman working the store by herself makes the experience worth the wait somewhat

Placed a mobile order at this location at 9:00 am... waiting in line for 32 minutes as there is no way to cancel orders in the app. When I finally got to the window, the Manager (as she claimed), offered no apologies, and was rude when I asked for a refund. She said she didn't know how that worked. In the end, I got a room temperature hot latte, wasted 30 minutes, and was treated poorly. I won't be patronizing this Dunkin' again!

I come to this Dunkin location nearly everyday. Understandably, there are long lines, Dunkin is one of the most popular coffee distributors in the United States. Many of the low star reviews tend to be based off of one experience. I can tell you that a majority of the times that I have gone to this location, I have had a good experience. Just last week when I went, I decided to go get a cup of coffee before an afternoon class that I attend. I pulled in around 1:57 PM and the manager there told me she only had iced coffee and hot coffee. Reluctantly I ordered an iced coffee and when I pulled up to the window, the head manager was there working ALL ALONE. She told me that everyone scheduled to work that day had called off and that she had opened at 5:00 AM and decided to close the store at 2:00 PM. Despite me getting there 3 minutes before close, the manager was very polite. She even mentioned to me that it was her birthday that day as well. Many of the workers there have personal lives outside of Dunkin, some of them are understandably in difficult positions. God bless them and god bless the employees who work at this location!

Showed up at 630, pulled in right behind the manager, remind u they open at 5 am. He refused to serve me and said not his problem. Ridiculous. Go to this Dunkin’ Donuts every single morning before work, never will go here again

The drive-thru staff was incredibly kind. Everything was great!
