I had a wonderful experience switching from Verizon, to T-Mobile. Alex and Sara helped me, and although the process was confusing, we got it sorted and I now have the samsung s20 FE and couldn't be happier. Thank you so much!

All I can say is WOW! The service at this store is exceptional! I wish I could give 10 stars! The entire staff, including the manager, went above and beyond to help make our transfer to new phones seamless. Highly recommend this store, they are awesome!

Called the store ahead of time to ask a couple of questions. The rep that answered went above and beyond. I then went to the store and had an even better experience! These guys are great! $0 down for ALL worked for me and now I get Netflix included in my bill! I'm saving a ton of money off my Cricket bill, and couldn't be happier that I'm a T-Mobile Customer.
