I called several times on new years day to see if they were open and nobody answered the phone. I happened to be out running errands and saw they were open, cool. I stopped in, talked to the guy up front and they were out of stock of the item I needed (XB1 controller)nnThat's not the reason for my rating. I get that happens and it doesn't bother me. What bothered me was the fact that every time the phone rang, he silenced it. He did not attempt to answer it even once. I get that they were busy but that is just plain unacceptable. I won't be back to this location for awhile. I would rather buy online than give someone my money that ignores me.

Excellent service here. Iv got three kids age 12, 9, and 3 and they always help them and talk with them.

It’s bigger on the inside! On top of that, the service is great. I’ve been a couple of times just to browse.

The only reason they stay in business is because there's no where else to go. And they know that. It's a shame.

This store is clean and well-stocked. The staff are professional, friendly, and happy to assist customers. Their product selection is vast, and the product displays are easily accessible and a great way for customers like me to learn about new games and products.
