We go here a lot on Sunday afternoons because they have an offer on the Hook'd app for a free cookie with any purchase. Always enjoy the cookies.

Had some cookies delivered for a birthday were delivered on time and we’re still warm!

I have sent my son cookies a couple of times to Jefferson Hall. I am in Columbus and it's just a way to say I am thinking of him ...Insomnia makes it feel like it is such a small town with their fabulous personal customer service and prompt delivery. They make promises they keep and the cookies are warm and delicious and I always get a message from my son thanking me for the special treat. When I placed an order today I forgot to put my son's phone number on the order and someone even called me to verify they had it so they could find him if he wasn't at the dorm and let him know they were coming! Above and beyond at a very busy time of year!!! Highly recommend! Hard to find this kind of service anymore!!
