I recently purchased multiple shades for my house from Lanera. Sally was very helpful in helping me pick the right shades including matching to my paint colors. The shades arrived within 3 weeks and installation happened as soon as they arrived.nnThe installation headed by Steve was smooth and very professional. One of the motorized shades I ordered had a clicking sound when used. Steve went ahead and ordered a new shade from Hunter Douglas for me and had it installed and tuned.nnThe entire experience from start to finish was so professional and went so smoothly. It was a pleasure working with Sally and Steve. I especially appreciated the great attention to detail. It is rare to experience such perfectionism and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Lanera Decorating.

Worked with Sariah on the design and Stephen on the installation. Both were incredible. Sariah was immensely patient and helpful on choosing the proper blind for a large picture window. Stephen was a joy to work with and not only installed the blinds perfectly but was also very informative on what would work best. The size of the window was a real challenge and they were able to get us a solution that worked perfectly.

I was initially given Lanera’s name almost 20 years ago when I was looking for some simple window treatments for my new home. Since then I have always turned to this family owned business that provides excellent customer service and quality products. I have had custom made shades, drapes and valances made and installed, along with blackout shades, sheers and plantation shutters. When we recently moved to our new home, it was not even a question as to whom I would turn to for our window treatments. Their installation crew of Steven, Jorge and Oscar are extremely personable, knowledgeable and above all professional.
