Had the retractable screens installed in two separate apartment units in luxury condo building. Never had a single maintenance issue in over 6 years. The units came without any screens so these were life changing and amazing quality. Extra nice touch painting them to match the decor precisely! Thanks.

phancy screen has installed a serviced our several clearvue screens. they do a superb job, and the service person we worked with--steve oleskovic--could not have been nicer or more helpful (with good ideas we hadn't considered), and made an effort to save us money with his suggestions. oleskovic is also an amazing craftsman, who was able to repair a clearvue that had been installed (badly) by someone else.nwe also love our rolling screens! so much better than the sliders we replaced (these are all door or double-door size); it makes such a difference in both looks and convenience.
