I recently leased a climate controlled unit from Extra Space Storage in Pleasant Grove. I had planned on checking a few locations to compare but found the Location Manager, Bill, to be so pleasant and helpful that after checking out the space I signed up immediately. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the facility, the ease of entry, and the price. I was also impressed by how seamless and easy it was to sign the lease, all done in about 5-10 minutes before I had a lock on my unit and was all set up. Great experience and great customer service!

The old manger was way better. I had no problem. This new management wasn't friendly as the first one and I don't trust them anymore after messing everything up on my account when I did pay my bills on time when I couldn't get my stuff telling me I didn't pay. It wasn't my fault. I paid in person every month.
