Booked a load with Troy Smithson IL-WV. They paid $100 short saying my driver was late 1 hr for the delivery. The driver had detention at the shipper that was not approved even tho he was early for the pick up. Checked in at 6:50 am for 7 am del appt at the receiver. I sent them copy of the logbook proving he was on time and they said the fee stands. I LITERALLY PROVED THEM HE WAS ON TIME AND THE RECEIVER IS CLAIMING INCORRECT INFO. Tried calling a couple times and they sent me to voicemail. Will AVOID.
Worse office Ive ever worked with, avoid working with Hunter Beckstead. That guy really doesnt know what hes doing as a broker, oh and they dont believe in phones and no one is ever there working, his supervisor is worse than him, trying to tell me how to educate my employees when she has no employees and the few she has dont know to how to conduct business and resolve their own load issues.

this company doesn't have trucks and they pay a Misérables amount to people who does have trucks, but they take advantage of the drivers, and what they pay, do not move anything with this company, they are being abusive to what they pay the people who does all the hard work while they are trying to squeeze every penny out of them, not reimbursing lumpers, not paying well for all the truckers do, while they are just being greedy on their desks.
DO NOT MOVE ANYTHING WITH THEM,
