I work for a company that does seasonal work and every year around the holidays we get slammed and have very demanding needs in regard to truck usage. The team at Elmsford goes above and beyond to help us.nnI'll be the first to admit that as a customer we are a tough client, place a lot of pressure on this team and we always put them through the wringer, but they are always up to the challenge. They are always polite, friendly, amazingly helpful, and calm under pressure.
Broke a mirror driving through NYC, made it here at 7pm on a Friday night. Chris and his team fixed up the truck and got us back on the road. They were pleasant and immensely helpful, can't thank them enough!
The BEST!nCherise saved me when I was essentially hopeless after being told by Uhaul that my reservation for my out-of-state move had been cancelled! She was empathetic, she listened, and more importantly she found a truck for me! Thank you, Cherise, for putting your heart into your job and really helping someone when they truly needed it! I can’t recommend this location and Cherise enough- her customer service is impeccable; a true asset to Penske & the Elmsford location!
The guys here are pretty helpful, and polite. I transport vehicles for them, and they are busy, yet they still make you feel welcome
