Gave me a truck with 4 bad tires and a broken side mirror. Had to stay a night in Denver waiting on tires, they changed 3. Got burglarized in Denver, then made it as far as green river before the 4th tire they didn't replace started leaking through the dry rot in the side wall. Miserable experience just get a U-haul.

CLOSED EARLY SO WE COULD NOT GET OUR PREVIOUSLY RESERVED TRUCK. CUSTOMER SERVICE DIDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE. HORRIBLE COMPANY.

No one even answered the phone when I wanted to secure my reservation. Not yesterday or today. Is there even a manager there? Penske got my money. Never again.

I'll be honest: This place used to be a total dump, and the man running it lacked even a speck of proper social skills, and therefore resorted to treating all those who walked through his doors like the dirt caked underneath his fingernails. HOWEVER!!! This location was recently purchased, and the new owner is incredible! The place is now it tip-top shape and, most importantly, you'll be treated like an actual respected customer when you walk through the doors. Seriously, five stars from me! Highly recommend

Charged my credit card a fee for damage that was done to the budget truck that was originally damaged and reported on the damage ticket when I picked the truck up in San Diego. I called him and he sits and talks over you. When I asked him to pull the original damage ticket he informed me he lost it. However followed that up with telling me he does a thorough job at his job! Are you kidding me. Then when I asked him to call San Diego and get a copy of the damage waiver he told me that he couldn’t because they don’t answer their phones. I will be filing a dispute on my credit card as I kept a copy of the damage waiver and I did not damage this vehicle. He is staying the graffiti on the back of it was my doing. Oh yes sir I’m 49 years old and love to graffiti. He is seriously the biggest bully and it’s not right he can just charge your card for whatever he feels he can. Stay far away from this location and read the other reviews!
