I worked with We Move U for my move to Florida. Rob and Anthony were excellent to work with. They ensured that everything was properly loaded and that all was taken care of. I appreciated their professional work ethics. I was in touch with James all the time to get updates on where the truck was. I am very happy with my experience.

I had a limited budget for my move and I could not find a moving company that would manage my move within that limit. I spoke to Chris from We Move U and was pleasantly surprised that my move would be done in less than what was my budget. I was very happy with the competitive pricing and hired them immediately. The truck driver called me asking if he could anticipate the schedule. I said yes and then he wanted to charge me an extra fee because the boxes were not all at the door outside the building. I explained that it was because they arrived earlier. Then they told me they would charge for my couch and the my bed box, because they weren’t in the contract. I showed the e-mail that I sent for the company for him to check, and all the furniture that I had were at the contract. even so the company wanted to charge me another thousand dollars extra for my couch. I had to throw away the couch and box frame. The furniture arrived on the date, they were all broken, the boxes were all wrinkled and torn. It was and is being the worst experience of my family. The manager doesn’t answer my calls, my emails... I didn’t have any answer.

I needed temporary storage for my move from NY to CA and I was contacted by We Move U after filling out a on line inquiry on their site. I had James handle everything for me, from picking up my stuff to storing it safely in the storage and then my delivery out to California two months. Their rates were competitive and I had an excellent experience with them.

I had absolutely no clue on what company to hire for moving until somebody recommended you guys. The team of professionals are really great at what they do. The packages were also reasonably priced so it fell within my budget. What didnt fall was any of my furniture or boxes. Great job Walter, Rob and Tony!
