We just used Wasatch Moving Company in our recent move. They worked with us when we had to reschedule the move several times. The 4 guys that showed up were very fast, friendly and professional they made sure to take care with all of the furniture and the TVs were wrapped. Also took care in making sure our doors and walls were undamaged. They even took the time to make sure all the furniture was in the correct rooms and put together correctly. Definitely had to give these guys 5 stars. Would use them again.
These guys were awesome. Professional, courteous and the best thing is that they sure know how to maximize space. The crew that did our move were very friendly and supper mindful of the fact that time is money (literally in this case) so they were looking after our best interest as well during the entire process. 100% recommended!
Used this company two times!! First crew on Saturday was AMAZING even though it was an after hours no notice appt! Second crew on Monday was totally different! Driver accidentally took out my landlords tree and caused severe damage. The response I got from management was "not our problem"! Plus even though we had less guys and they worked 1 hours less then finally charge was almost twice what it was the prior move! They left half the items behind and never once apologize for damaging the property! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!
The moving team that showed up were a super group of honest hard working guys! They went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied! If you want top notch service from an awesome group of guys WASATCH MOVING is really the only way to go!
Arrived late. Took out a tree. Damaged many of our new walls (I have been told they are insured, but have not seen the process yet). Had to keep an eye on the crew. Many times they were sitting in the back of their truck. I was paying per quarter hour. Not impressed. Should have read the reviews. Stay away. Unprofessional and destructive.
