I called to schedule an in home appointment for a kitchen remodel. I received a voicemail to confirm the date. I called to confirm and was sent to voice-mail. I left several messages over the next couple of business days and when it came time for our appointment, no one showed up and we didn't get a call saying that no one was coming. We tried calling several more times and no one answered. We will be looking at other vendors for our kitchen remodel.
Great high quality products for a reasonable price. Staff was out of this world. I would recommend everyone go there and get everything you need to upgrade your home.
After my visit to F&K Design Center I'll never go anywhere else. The staff were true professionals and the quality of service is beyond compare. I walked into the showroom with just a few vague ideas and after seeing the selection of products and speaking to staff, I walked out knowing exactly what I wanted. I've renovated a kitchen and added a two floor addition since my first visit. I finished both projects under budget and above expectations. FIVE STARS!!!!
Good selection with good prices. Be sure to check out their liquidation section for some of the best prices. Be aware, some of their product is only what they have left...so they may not have enough if you have a large room.
The quality of the floors it wasn't what expected, the prices are too high. And when u wanted to return some boxes unopened, they refused. Very bad service. Very disappointed!!
