The worst company I have ever dealt with. 6 months of no show appointments. They broke a piece while installing, made me aware of it, told me they would be back to fix it. After several missed appointments, which they set to fix it, yesterday was the day they were coming to finally end this nightmare. They pushed the arrival window back 3 times, didn't show & as of today, have not returned my calls. The worst!

Best company ever! We are located in South Carolina, everything about ordering from this company was smooth and easy. The agent we talked to was so nice and knowledgeable on all of our questions. The quality of the products are amazing you can tell that they will last for a life time. Not to mention the pricing for the quality you are getting is very very reasonable. When we got the shipment it smelled like it was just freshly cut, it smelled so good. The shipping was so fast we literally got it in 2 days. The directions to put it together were easy to follow we had it done it in one day. Even my 9 year old son helped us out. You can even customize it with different things depending on your needs. I just can’t say enough good things about working with this company. I have 3 kids 9, 3 and 1 and it caters to all ages! Plus they helped saved the little sanity I have left with this quarantine.

Best in Backyards is an excellent company. Their materials, designs, and construction are first rate. But their customer service is even better. I couldn't be more satisfied. Very highly recommended.

Thanks again to Best in Backyards! We made another purchase through Naim today (Mahopac location) and he never fails to deliver. The process was quick and easy, Naim offered some great ideas and suggestions. Delivery day, installers came on time, were quick to install and did a wonderful job. Will definitely continue to use Best in backyards for my backyard needs!!
