Mr. Park is pleasant and knowledgeable. He took the time to examine and old wristwatch and give me his opinion. Also resized a watch band on the spot. Will definitely use his services again.
Brought in my automatic chronograph (a Valjoux 7750), which had been butchered to the tune of $150 at Grand Central Watch, and the professional at Quality Time fixed my movement in about 30 minutes. He was quick, cordial, and charged me a very fair price. Totally recommended!

Tom's amazing - I had a 43 year gold watch in disrepair and he made it like brand new....cost exactly what he told me up front and delivered on time. The man takes pride in his work and really cares.....so beautiful to see this happen.
First it was a pleasure to just be there in this wonderful shop decorated with real and photographed classic timepieces as well as the most modern watch repair equipment. Highly courteous and professional proprietor discussed with me my needs (and how much I chose to have done.) We settled on difficult removal of a stuck case, new battery and main gasket, and greasing all other gaskets. Then speedily done while I waited, at a very fair price. This guy is a find! John L.
