We have been waiting for a package to arrive via FedEx and they day the package was supposed to arrive we never received the package even though it said out for delivery. Later that night we received a notification that the driver had tried to deliver the package to our house at 2:45 but they were unable to because we had moved. We have a Ring doorbell and checked it to see that the delivery driver never even showed up to our house. We also double checked the address on the tracking slip and the address was correct as well. We have lived at our home for over 4 years and we have never had any issues with packages being delivered to our house by any other carrier.
I can't even give them one star! On different occasions the driver has delivered my package to some random house and mark it as delivered, I never receive my package and of course they are doing an "investigation!" I hate FedEx, I never have trouble with UPS!
They delivered my package to the wrong address. They no longer list their office number, therefore can't contact their driver to retrieve my package. Special instructions were added plus my phone number. Still the driver must not read highway signs or mile markers. Will be insisting on UPS from this point.
Package sat in North Salt Lake for 4 days. When delivery day came, all of sudden they don't know when my package will be delivered.
