Upscale Remodeling

We have completed several projects with Upscale Remodeling. They did a kitchen and mudroom upgrade, replaced our door to the deck and our front door, remodeled our basement, remodeled our guest bathroom, added hardwood floor to our 2nd floor, and are currently finishing our master bathroom complete remodel. The work is of the highest quality, and everyone we work with is responsive. On the latest remodel, we thoroughly enjoyed working with the designer (Christie). She quickly got a sense for our taste and worked very hard to find just the right materials and accessories. When I was debating between choices, she was great at helping me decide. Although remodeling is expensive, the owner and the designer worked with us to cut costs while maintaining the quality and look we desired. I appreciate the fact that the owner and project manager are readily available when needed. Everyone who worked on site did excellent work and communicated with us. Any minor issues were addressed quickly and efficiently, and they truly listened to me. Josh and Dakota were here almost daily for the entire project and were extremely responsive to our questions and concerns. Scott checked in and was quite helpful in all parts of the project. The care and artistry in the tile work is amazing (Dimitri).nEvery day, the crew cleaned before they left. We are now waiting for a couple of items, but the job is essentially finished. The crew completely cleaned both the master bathroom and bedroom - even dusting my dresser. We were thoroughly impressed. We love the warranty and the annual inspection.nOur master bathroom is gorgeous, luxurious, and it seems so much bigger with the new design. This is a business that is run with integrity. We keep going back to them for the quality of work and the fact that Steve Nash stands behind the work.

Our remodeling project with Upscale was large and complex with many structural questions that had to be solved on the fly. Throughout the process, we were impressed with the professionalism of all involved, the very obvious commitment to quality, the creative design assistance provided, and the high quality of the finished products. Any questions we had and any minor fixes that were needed were addressed quickly and effectively. We stayed in our home throughout the process and enjoyed having all involved in our home. Upscale is a top notch, professional organization producing fine results.

We found ourselves in the middle of a kitchen remodel that was not going well. Upscale stepped in, assessed the situation, provided a detailed description of the scope of the project and talked us through every phase. They were courteous, respectful and always communicated in a timely manner. Suggestions were offered when we were unsure as how we wanted to proceed. They were gracious to work with others we had previously hired to provide electrical etc. Our disaster turned into a dream kitchen. Everyone we dealt with knew their role/craft. We highly recommend them for any size project!

We hired Upscale for a full renovation of our basement in 2006. They lowered the cement floor, opened up the walls to make it a walk-out basement, enlarged the windows, landscaped the outdoors, and pretty much transformed the space int something fabulous.nnWhat we liked most about working with Steve Nash and his crew is how carefully they managed the time and expenses of the project. We asked them to be really clear and upfront with us about the budget - that we didn't and couldn't go over. They were amazing about this. Right on target. Right on time. Honest, hard, and consistent work that came out great!
