We had a nightmare time getting our coolers from restaurant depot and Nick and his team went out of their way to rush it to us on a difficult day. We could not recommend them more highly or say more good things about Nick and the gentleman who helped him!!
Second time they scheduled a delivery and did not show up the day they said they would. They didn't even have the courtesy to call to tell me they would not be coming. What is the point of calling to schedule a delivery if they aren't going to show up that day?
Todd Roman, the manager for the Glenville NY location, was extremely helpful.
