Galya in the office is amazing!! She is super informative and knows what she is doing. 10/10 recommend this place.
Pros: Chris at Life Storage was very helpful. I had some packages delivered while I was on vacation. They kept them safe, clean and dry until I was able to pick them up. He even helped load them onto my cart for me. I appreciated their flexibility and service.nnCons: The office is closed most of the time, despite their hours of operation. It is difficult to find a live person onsite.
Andrew has always been an attentive and caring facility manager. Always willing to help in anyway needed to make my experience better. I’d give 10 out of 5 stars if I could.
Tierra was very helpful in helping me pick out my storage unit. Very great customer service! would definitely recommend this location
