We needed a new mattress and box spring. We knew the basics and price range we wanted. No pressure from the saleswoman. She got us what we were looking for with no hassle. We walked out without purchasing and continued to look around. The next day we called and made the deal. (Nobody had a better deal and nobody could match their fast and free delivery and set up). It was a good buying experience. We got value and service with no issues.

Allen is always a delight to work with at Raymour and Flanigan. He’s honest and kind. I appreciate that he listens to what My furniture needs are and shows me just that. It’s never a hard sell and he doesn’t run to push things I didn’t ask about. He has creative solutions too. He’s helped me find the right furniture for my family for ten years. Now he’s helping my children as they buy their first homes. I appreciate the protection plan which actually works. I’ve had several things repaired or restored to new. There are many pieces made in the USA available. I’ve purchased everything from bedroom sets to living room and dining room. It’s all held up well. Particularly considering the price - this is good quality furniture. I keep coming back to the Clifton Park Store.

The staff was very professional and accommodating while not being over baring. They went above and beyond to find exactly what we wanted. Beyond that, they took the time to answer and provide detailed information of our future interests.

Erica Shipe was extremely helpful and patient. She did a nice job helping us with coordinate furniture and putting together various options for us to choose from for the look we were going for. We are very happy with the result! We highly recommend Erica!

We had an excellent shopping experience. Our associate Doug was great and helped us through the entire process. The showroom was amazing, it was nice to beable to see all the options in person to make our final decision instead of guessing what things look like online!
