Richard Olender was the gentleman that helped me with my purchase and he was fantastic! He took me through each step of their total sleep system and helped me get a totally customized package. I've had a couple nights now to sleep on my new mattress and adjustable base (game changer!) And I could not be more happy. Thank you Richard for your patience and knowledge in helping me with my new bed set up!
Wow impressive. Went into the store a bit later at night. Immediately I was greeted and told I would be assisted in one moment. Richard was an amazing person to assist us. Caring about our needs not a sale, explaining things we have never even known before about mattresses. Just the comfort in his voice and demeanor was unlike others. So glad we got to cross paths with such a great person. I HIGHLY recommend going to this store and learning your sleep needs
