My mom and I went to extra space storage today to inquire about a second storage unit or consolidate stuff into a bigger one. After speaking with Ken, getting a second smaller one was a much better option. Ken and Chris were amazing! They are both extremely friendly and made for a smooth and easy transaction. I would recommend this location to anyone. Even if you have to travel out of the way, it’s worth it!
Amazing service came in almost last minute to closing and Ken still stayed to give the full on service instead of asking us to come back another day. He was amazing and even showed us the storage unit available. Great service overall they deserve 5 stars
I’ve been a customer of Extra space storage of Nanuet for past 5 years. The front desk/manager have ALWAYS been helpful and professional. I always get a call/voicemail to pay if I’m 1-2 days late. The facility is always clean. They are not difficult to find if you need to speak to someone from the office. The office also return calls within a very reasonable time. I would highly recommend this particular Extra Space Storage.
This place is wonderful. Extremely helpful, pleasant, customer service oriented and as infrequently as I go they greet me by name!! Shopped around and this had best pricing and I’m so happy to be giving them my business. 5+ star service
First and foremost, the customer service has been amazing at this location! Not only were they easy to talk to concerning my move, informative of their property and understanding my circumstances, they were professional throughout the whole process.
