Fantastic store that has everything we needed for our new home. I worked with a tall Polish guy named Robert. Very good, professional salesmen. He reminded me of the old days when salesmen actually knew their products instead of just trying to get you out of the store with the highest priced item possible. I would definitely make a special trip to this store again.
I have purchased multiple products from this specific PC Richards because of Jose Morel. He truly has had the hands down best customer service I have received. Came in for a new monitor -- couldn't find the model I wanted anywhere else. Victor, the salesman, was incredibly helpful/professional and found the exact model that I was looking for. When I had a small problem with the monitor, he quickly helped me out to get a replacement. Great store, excellent customer service, would definitely recommend!
