Cindy has been fantastic throughout this whole process. Her suggestions on furnishing our new home were meaningful and she was very knowledgeable on what she was showing us. We truly felt like she was taking care of us and making sure we left happy. Cindy was always responsive. She kept in touch with us during the scheduling and delivery process and made the transition into our house as seamless as possible. She was always willing to answer any questions we had. I would recommend her to anyone that plans on shopping in your stores. We couldn’t be happier.
WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My salesperson named Karen was AMAZING! I initially spoke with her over the phone and because of her prompt response and professionalism I immediately went to the location to try to catch her before she left at 6 PM that evening. When I walked in she was the first person to greet me (not even knowing that I was going to show up as I did not inform her on our telephone call that I would be coming to the store that day). She was knowledgable, pleasant, kind and professional. She knew exactly what I was looking for and we found the perfect bed for my son. The process was quick, fast and easy. She even gave me two (2) bottled waters for my ride home. I look forward to receiving the bed this coming week and look forward working with Karen again in the future.
Jesus warmly greeted us at the door and helped us pick out our new bed. He was knowledgeable and patient with us. Took us through all of our options and even stepping away at certain points just to give us time to chat. He wasn’t a “pushy salesmen” like most people in these kinds of stores. He was honest and helped us get a great deal on our new king bed. We purchased it yesterday and it was deliver this morning before 9. I cannot thank Jesus enough for his help! If you are headed to the store, my recommendation would be to ask for Jesus at the front door! You won’t be disappointed! Ohh - and Coretta at guest services was an absolute pleasure too!! She helped us with the checkout! :)
I was greeted by Cindy as soon as I walked in the door. She was very knowledgeable and helped me find what I was looking for based on MY preference and budget. I love that Cindy listened and was so patient and helpful. I had a great experience. Very happy with my purchase.
Our sales person Greg was very professional. Not pushy. Had patience while we took our time deciding. He gave us a 15% discount. No haggling. Great storenThe finance department was quick and efficient.
