Very Welcomed! I went to get a water filter even tho the lady directed me to the wrong isle she happened to be very nice and friendly. Store very well organized and clean.
While Home Depot is the original Do it Yourself it also applies when you need help in their stores. No one ever wants to go out their way to help. Most employees seem like they just want to pass you off from one person to the next. They just point at a direction and tell you to Go find it Yourself. No one is an expert they just hire people off the street and put them in charge of stuff they have no clue about. I asked a guy in roofing about poly carbonate sheets and he asked me if they sell that at home depot...answer is YES. Do they have what you need, yes do they sell variety of home improvement goods..yes but organization is not great and can't say prices are competitive. This review is for all Home Depot..cause i got to a few and they are all the same. MEDIOCRE.
GREAT SERVICE!! I went to Home Depot to get roller shades cut- to- order, and the girl who waited on me could not have been nicer. She was very pleasant and professional. When I got back home with my new cut-to-order roller shade, it fit my window PERFECTLY!! I am so very happy with my purchase!!! THANK YOU, HOME DEPOT!!
I’ve been in here a dozen times since I’ve moved into town. Each time I’m met with excellent, knowledgeable employees. I can’t imagine better customer service. All of my deliveries were on time and correct. The departments, especially paint, have been super helpful!! I’m a loyal customer!
Ordered blinds which delivered 2/4/21. Have unsuccessfully been able to get the installation I paid for. Each time I’ve reached out to Home Depot advising them the company they use refuses to return call for installation, Home Depot response is simply “ they’re a separate company..” No responsibility and terrible customer service. Don’t buy their blinds
