Big Lots

Amazing, quick in n' out, less than 30 minutes, low cost, unexpected fabulous savings & sales, the exact perfect finds tonight on this shopping trip. The store was due to close at 10pm, walked in not to be that pesky last shopper holding the store up from closing, but I have been trying to get down here for dayssssss, just haven't had any time to do so, but I knew exactly what I needed/wanted to get & their approximate locations in the store, so I knew it wasn't a real take my time type of shopping tonight. Found everything I came in for, at lower prices than I had even anticipated they'd be initially & came across some other really great finds that I obviously couldn't just pass up. Super happy with tonight's shopping experience, the customer service sales representative was also super sweet, she came to me in the isle that I was in & said she wanted to make sure they didn't take the cash drawer from her quite yet just in case I was paying cash myself, I thought that was really great of her to have asked me before it being taken away. I told her I could pay either way it was easier for them to get themselves out sooner if cash or a card would make life easier for them, as obviously the cash drawers have to be counted I figured someone still needed that drawer if she was asking me how I was gonna pay. Really thoughtful & courteous to have done that. Well let me start off by saying Big Lots never disappoints with friendly staff and amazing customer service. My daughter and I were looking for beds and thats where we met Ryan and he sold us the most amazing bed ever. He was very knowledgeable and smart when talking about furniture and how this bed in particular would help her sleep better and all around feel more energize..SURE enough he was right!!!!! My daughter feels so much better with her new bed. Great place to buy furniture and cheapest in NY. Will recommend whoever I know that needs furniture to Ryan. AMAZING SERVICE RYAN!!!!

This Big Lots store has one of the best customer’s services they made laugh and really kind with you. I must say that it was refreshing to get help all the way. Thank you. Will shop at Big Lots again with no doubt. Thanks a lot.

Great staff, and makes you feel like a part of the family. Cheryl is great always meeting you with a smile and very helpful. And Mike the manager is awesome.

They have quite a lot of things and I was very surprised, the place bright and not depressing like Job Lots (in my opinion). The people working there were very nice and helpful which was really nice. It's quite affordable and it's just fun to look around. It's really hard to avoid spending more than you originally planned and that's not really a bad thing
