Awesome service! Thank you Ed Brown for your personalized and very patient service. We entered Mattress Firm knowing we wanted a king size bed and that's about it. Ed took the time to get to know our sleeping concerns and show us our best options in a mattress. We can't thank you enough for your undivided attention and personal service.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! When we bought the mattress, the sales person told us how amazing the warranty was. We purchased the mattress 1/25/18. It is sagging terribly on one side already. I followed the instructions for warranty claim and was denied because of stains. I submitted pictures. There is not one stain anywhere on mattress. I have a mattress protector on it. If you want a home inspection, they charge you over $70. That was not explained to us when we purchased the mattress. What's worse is that when I went to the store for help, the man was rude and would not help. He was sitting at his desk doing nothing. The store was completely empty and still did nothing. Lazy and did not care about customer service. You can't speak to a live person when you call the phone numbers. It's all computer chats and filling out online forms. If you want decent customer service, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! We are very dissatisfied and stuck with a sagging mattress after only 3 years. If I could give less than one star, I would.

We have been Mattress Firm customers for years and always come back. The quality of the products are exceptional. The salesman was knowledgeable and really listened to our needs to provide us with the best mattress for our home. Delivery is efficient and timely. Thank you, and we will be back in a few years.

Our salesman Michael was extremely helpful. I had called first, asked a couple of questions and mentioned that we were stopping by, when we got there he had researched the different types of the particular mattress we were looking for and had all options ready for us. Michael was knowledgeable, courteous and took the time to work with us, helping and guiding us to the right choice. Excellent store to shop in! Poll

We went to Mattress Firm for my mother. We were looking for just a plush mattress and ended up getting a much better one with Michael’s help. He was polite, professional, and extremely patient with my mother. Thanks Michael for a job well done.
