15 minutes to get through they are ridiculous phone system I keep getting disconnected

My husband and I had the BEST customer service at Bobs Furniture Store this evening! Our sales associate (Rajal Loyal) was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly but not pushy at all. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We're super excited to receive our new bed set! Thx again for the great experience!

Ordered a dining set online 2 days later realized that set wasn’t gonna fit in my dining room. I found a different set same price. Called the store spoke with Gregory and he said he could swap it. Gave him the SKU number and all. When the delivery came a week later I noticed it was the exact table I called Gregory to swap. Called in again spoke with Tina and she said there’s was no change in order and that we can only get store credit no refund. Now I have a dining set that doesn’t fit but they also won’t send me delivery guys to pick it up. I spoke with 10 no exaggeration reps and 2 managers who one blew me off because he didn’t wanna deal with the situation. Disgusting customer service. I thought bobs was all about the customers apparently they not.

Clean and lovely transaction! Our sales associate Gigi was knowledgeable and helpful. We loved how easy it was to shop there and how simple everything was! Can’t beat the pricing on the mattresses!

Raja was excellent as our sales person. We ordered a couch in the end of July, but then was told last week of August that it would no longer be available to us by promised date of 9/4/20. Naturally we were very upset, as we went weeks without a couch. I was leaning towards canceling with BOBs and trying elsewhere. I ended up trying multiple stores after and then ended up settling for something online. However, few days later, right before I paid for something else, the manager VANAM called and said he was monitoring the warehouse shipments and saw the sectional come in, and that we needed to act fast if we still wanted it.nnVanam the manager went above and beyond to help us get our sectional by the promised date. The only issue we had was with ottoman, with expected delivery in DECEMBER. Although we could not get a brand new ottoman we paid for, he offered us the store model. (i still think we should have gotten that for less than we paid as store models should be discounted, but that''s not the point)nnMy only problem is the store model ottoman cushion is flat in some places. This is definitely from all the people who came out tried, and sat on this for however many months it was on the floor.nnI am hoping for some sort of refund, or for them to replace the ottoman with the new one that we paid for when it comes in stock. For now, this will do fine. I'll change to 5 stars if they ever get back to me!
