Bought a bed here in February 2020, the bed was delivered on time and their delivery schedule was nothing like cable television where they make you take a whole day off, they show up when they say they'll be there. The setup guys were professional and did a great job. We recently stopped in to order brackets for a headboard. Both guys as well as the guy who had previously sold us the bed were very nice to deal with.nPS: We love the quality & comfort of the bed.

Great service. Kevin the main guy there definitely knew everything you would want to know buying a mattress. Will get my mattress tomorrow and if I don't update this by then with a different opinion that means it was up to the quality or better than me and my wife expected. If you go to Mattress Firm in Rensselaer ask for Kevin. I don't see anyone else even if they are good providing better service.

We had a wonderful shopping experience at Mattress Firm Rensselaer. Emma Pond helped us with the sale we had seen online and was able to order the mattresses we purchased with delivery to our house. We were shopping for a new mattress for our daughter who is rapidly outgrowing her bed. After confirming the sale on a twin bed, we started talking about how old our mattress was and asked what was available in queen. Emma helped us get a great deal, on just what we needed. She was very patient while we figured it what we were looking for, since we hadn't really thought of ourselves before we went in the store, the life of parents... She was very knowledgeable and helped us select the right bed within our budget. If you're shopping at a Mattress Firm in the capital region, ask if Emma Pond is there, she will help you find exactly what you're looking for.

The sales man was knowledgeable and not pushy which we liked. Tested many bed and he was very patient with us. They have sheets to protect us while trying the mattress. Must try the pillows they are great
