The Fifth Tier Baking Studio

I hate going into Fifth Tier because I want to buy EVERYTHING! Lyle also makes the most adorable cakes. He made one for a co-workers baby shower and it was a HUGE hit! Never mind the dog treats, mine love them. Best part about going to Fifth Third is the smile you get with your goodies. Yum! Yum! Yum!!!

I agonized over which bakery to order my nieces birthday cake from and am SO GLAD that I chose fifth tier baking studio! Lyle was so thoughtful about everything and made a special cake to fit the size of the party. It was absolutely beautiful! So gorgeous! My niece felt like a princess and that was the goal. More importantly, it was DELICIOUS! The price point was also very reasonable. I haven't had any of their other baked goods yet but I highly reccomend their cakes! Ours was Vanilla with Strawberry frosting and it was perfect. The cake was moist and fresh with just the right amount of vanilla and the frosting was sweet and light with bits of fresh strawberry. Exceeded my expectations by far. It was honestly more delicious than my wedding cake, I wish I had know about this bakery sooner! Many of our guests asked where the cake was from and everyone loved it. Customer service and attention to detail was top notch. Thank you Lyle!

Best scones and cinnamon rolls I have ever had. The owners are some of the sweetest and friendliest people you will ever meet.

I'm in Albany every other month for business and whenever I am there I make sure to try and stop by and grab a cookie or two. The staff is wonderful and the treats are great too! It's a must stop spot.
