Upstate Cookie Shack

We did takeout. Ordered ahead. Cookies were yummy. Only bummer was one of the cookies I had ordered ahead online and paid for, was out. They substituted it, but it didn't make sense to me that they didn't set aside the cookies that were ordered ahead. The bag with my name on it was behind the counter but empty. They only filled it with the cookies I ordered when I came to the counter. I arrived only an hour after they opened, and the order form said anytime between 11&4p !? What would have happened if I had arrived any later? There was a line too...

My husband and I get cookies from Upstate Cookie Shack almost every week and we cannot get enough! The owners are friendly, the place is always very clean, and the cookies never disappoint. Every cookie we have tried has been delicious and fresh. Twice, a flavor has been sold out when we arrived and they let us choose another cookie or invited us back to grab one free of charge. I sent a box to my sister and her family in Cali and they loved them as well. I recommend them to everyone I talk to who is looking for locally owned baked goods!

My husband and I stopped here on a whim. We have tried our fair share of cookies but this place is exceptional! The staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean and welcoming. The cookies were warm and the center’s were gooey! Delicious! The cannoli cookie was a daily special and our tastebuds didn’t regret it one bit! Would definitely recommend!!

I brought cookies to work for a cookie party and I Just had THE best cookies AGAIN from here! The Muddy Buddy cookie is the best cookie I have eaten from there so far! Runner up was a holiday inspired Triple Chocolate Peppermint cookie. This place knocks it out of the park every time. If you haven't tried them yet, GO NOW.
