It's good for the quickness. The consistency not so much. I order the same coffee every time yet always tastes different. Sometimes no turbo shot, no flavor shot...I'd say about 40% of the time it's the right way but I'm in such a rush to really care

Waiting for the day I will be able to go to places and sit and have my coffee without worrying that the Covid will catch me. Here I sometimes sit for hours with my laptop. They are cool with it.

Not happy!! Ordered ahead on the app to pick up in drive thru. Spent over 30 minutes waiting with 5 cars ahead of me. Ended up with a cold rubbery sandwich, mushy cold hash browns, and a watered down coffee. Guess it doesn't do any good to order ahead of time unless you're able to walk inside to pick it up.

Store was clean, but they were so busy I ordered 50 munchkins for my kids and was short. No chocolate.
