Dunkin'

This franchise needs to be pulled or under different management. The hours aren't enforced, they're out of almost everything. For gods sake they haven't had donuts the last two times I went. How do you not have donuts? Y'all, skip this place.

I was able to put in an online order on the DD app at 630 and when I arrived 10 minutes later it was still closed. I can’t even blame the employees because they’re the sweetest, they do their best, and deal with a MASSIVE amount of people from SU Students, hospital employees, and everyday people.nnIt’s 100% poor management and lead.

This place is never open on time. You would think that since they are right next to a hospital that they would be open for the first shift employees. When i come in at 530 a.m they aren't open. Even when I come in at 0630 they arent open. They miss out on a ton of money just because they don't have consistent hours

They were too busy and messed up my order. My sweet foam drink has no foam.

It's often out of products or they don't have the products shown on the app. While trying to order on the go, often i get exceptions that my order didn't go through, so I'll pay at the register, only for my card to be charged 5-10 minutes later for the order that I've received an error on. Don't bother trying to get a refund for that double charge at the store,because they tell you they aren't able to do it, you have to do it through the app.
