Bruegger's Bagels

The staff is where it's at, they are very friendly and quick. Both busy and slow times they have fulfilled what I wanted exactly. Want it extra toasted? No problem. More cream cheese? You got it. They staff are the heartbeat of this place, they deserve every dollar they make. I love their everything bagels, I've seen them being made early in the morning. All of their sandwiches are good, though I have my favorites. Prices are fair although a tad steep in my honest opinion. Their coffee is okay. Nothing to boast about. But I go to them for their bagel sandwiches mostly and I'm glad to say, I'm a returning customer for years. They won my business through their staff and friendliness.

My fiancé walked to the door 5 min before they closed and one employee just looked at him and looked away then walked away. She didn't acknowledge him at all, ignored him because she wanted to be lazy? There were about 7 customers going to walk in the door and no one could get in. Won’t be coming back here. I’m sure they won’t either as they saw the girl inside ignore everyone also.

Very upset with their service. We go their often and they often mess up your order. We ordered a egg and cheese bagel sandwich (Vege) and they put bacon in it! The other time I ordered strawberry cream cheese on my bagel and they put strawberry jam on it instead. By the time you open your bagel at home, it’s already too late and your stuck with food you didn’t order and cannot eat.
